To whom it may concern, I have recently rented a forklift from your company that has a defective part. The parking brake will not stay locked in making us go out of our way to park on a flat surface. This is something that should not of passed inspection, and been sent to a costumer. I hope you are able to fix this quickly so that we can get back to doing the work needed with it. 1.This letter was addressing a company that they had rented on of their products to me and it was faulty.

2. I feel like this letter address the problem properly and effectively. I really cant see anything needing to be added to this to make it better.
